Binkpot – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Binkpot! Below you’ll find all the information about how and when your order will be delivered.

Digital Downloads (Instant Files)
Digital products do not require shipping.
Once your order is complete, your files will be sent instantly by email or will be available to download from your account/confirmation page.

No physical items will be posted for download-only purchases.

Personalised Digital Orders
Personalised digital items are created manually.
Your finished file will be emailed to you once the artwork is complete.

Current turnaround time: 24–48 hours (usually sooner).
No shipping charges apply.

Printed Products (Physical Items)
Delivery Times
Printed items are delivered via Royal Mail or courier services.
Typical delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: (If offered) 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy seasons such as Christmas.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

Typical rates:

  • Standard Shipping: £5.99

  • FREE shipping for orders over £50

(Your store will automatically show the correct shipping price depending on your basket.)

Order Processing Times

  • Instant downloads: Sent immediately

  • Personalised digital items: 24–48 hours

  • Printed items: 2–3 business days processing before dispatch

During peak periods (November–December), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Binkpot is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier or Royal Mail

  • Lost items due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries or missed collection attempts

If you spot a mistake, email me ASAP — if the order hasn’t shipped, I can usually fix it.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your printed item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • A clear photo of the damage

I’ll replace the item or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
International shipping may be added in the future.
At this time, I currently ship within the UK only.
